The diamond pad driver plate comes in 17" diameter, is 1/4" thick and has 5 Velcro style "hook" pads on both sides. The hook pads are 4" inch circles to fit 3" and 4" diamond "loop" Velcro pads. The drive plate is designed to fit under any 17" inch nylon pad which is connected to the swing machine bristle brush drive plate that normally comes with the 17" low speed buffer rental.
